Where’s my order?

At the time of your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide. Shortly thereafter, we’ll send you a second email containing the tracking number for your package.  You can follow that link and determine when the carrier expects to deliver it to your door.  If the email doesn’t show up in your inbox, be sure to check your junk email folder just in case.  

If something unexpected comes up, please reach out to us by email and we’ll address your issue as soon as possible.

What is your customer satisfaction guarantee?

We guarantee your total satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of your order and we’ll refund the amount you paid.
